3. Use natural cleansers to clear up your acne. Read the labels and find out what is in the cleansers you use. It will do you no good to fight your acne with certain cleansers if they will only dry out and aggravate your skin. Use hypo-allergenic, natural cleansers and your skin will thank you.

4. Reduce your stress. So many people don't realize how stress can be contributing to their acne. You might think it is enough to work with cleansers and go on with your life, but the truth is that stress can have a huge impact on how your skin looks. Make every effort to decrease stress in your life, and your skin will improve. Take up meditation or yoga, or go on walks in nature. You can also try taking up a hobby that you enjoy. 5. Drink enough water. Water is known to be important, but you may not know just how important water is to your acne. Water flushes toxins out of your system, so the more water you drink, the more you wash away the bacteria that can encourage acne. Not only that, but water is part of all of the cells in your body, including your skin cells. Properly nourishing your skin cells includes drinking enough water to stay hydrated so that your cells can function properly.

Acne might seem like it is taking over your life, but with a little experimentation you will find that natural treatments can give you your life back.
