2. Keep a food journal. A food journal will include the food and beverages you ingest every day. Keep an eye out for how different foods affect your skin. You will start to notice, for example, that every time you eat pizza, your skin breaks out in a day or two. That's the kind of information you need. When you discover what foods are irritating your skin, you can cut them out of your diet.

Honey, egg whites, sugar and lemon juice are all natural ingredients that have been said to make the skin clearer.
